As a therapist, I honor the courage it takes to recognize and reach out for the help that we need, and I believe that everyone has the capacity for change and growth.
My therapeutic style is warm, active, collaborative, and down-to-earth, and I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering therapeutic environment for my clients. Together, we will draw on your strengths and resilience, and identify additional tools and skills you need to feel better, and to gain the personal growth and emotional healing that you are seeking.
I am trained as a generalist, which means that I am able to treat a wide variety of challenges and concerns commonly addressed in therapy. I also specialize in the following areas: trauma, grief/loss, anxiety, infertility/reproductive health, spirituality, relationships, and work/life balance.
